Venue: Woolwich Suite, Emirates Stadium
Time: 6.45pm for 7.15pm - 1am.
Dress code: black-tie

Tickets are priced at:

Single ticket - £225+VAT
Table of 10 - £1998+VAT
Table of 12 - £2390+VAT

(Corporate and elite MiNetwork members receive 10% discount on tickets.  Please use your code in the box provided.  If you need your code re-sent, email Chris Morton)

If you would like to pay by BACS or cheque please follow these instructions:

• Cheque - make payable to 'Carnyx Group' and post to Katy Thomson, Dadi Awards, Carnyx Group, 26 Gallowgate, Glasgow, G1 5AB.  Please include a covering letter indicating how many tickets/tables you are booking and your full contact details (name, position, company, address, email and phone number)
• BACS - please email katy.thomson@carnyx.com for our bank details.
