Ash Mohd joined Mars Inc as the Global Communications Manager (Quality) in 2016. He’s had a career path that began with a degree in computer science and engineering. In order to pursue a challenging creative career he made a switch to advertising and marketing working his way from a brand executive and copywriter. This led to him starting an advertising firm in Dubai, where he dealt with several 360 campaigns and accounts for brands such as Grans Coffee, Mahmood Tea, Subway, Al Sahel, WWF, Reef Mall, to name a few.
Further his production and media skills brought him back to London where he worked in film and broadcast extensively before moving to a career in digital media and marketing working across the EMEA region. While in broadcast he’s worked with ESPN, UNESCO and also has sent a few films to Cannes over the years. The move to digital was brought about by the change in the global markets where he saw how his engineering and advertising backgrounds could mesh together and flourish.
Ash enjoys a good challenge and finds himself in roles of transformation often where creative and technical skills blend. In a world where everything is increasingly automated and digital he’s always on the lookout for new venues of growth and working with professionals across a breadth of fields to drive digital communication and transformation.
