Craig Hepburn is Global Vice President of Digital Marketing and Brand for Tata Communications, a world leader in telecommunications and part of the USD 108.8 billion Tata group of companies. In this role, he leads the digital transformation of Tata Communications’ marketing function.
Craig has more than 15 years of experience in the marketing industry, during which he has developed an in-depth understanding of how to apply digital marketing to maximum effect for achieving business goals. He has extensive knowledge of digital technologies, content production and media planning, and has been involved in developing digital strategies for some of the world’s largest brands. He has driven the strategy for global digital programmes for Rentokil Initial, BAA, STA Travel, Open Text, Nokia and Microsoft, pushing the boundaries of marketing and technology.
Craig is passionate about digital marketing innovation, web and mobile technologies, and the art and science of developing engaging customer experiences.
