Mads career spans almost two decades of experience working within global agency networks, ranging from Bates Worldwide, Arc Worldwide, Leo Burnett, Leagas Delaney, and Publicis.
His Scandinavian design roots, a passion for the art of strategically driven storytelling and deep expertise in communications and engagement tactics, has led to him delivering results focused, and often multi award winning work for brands as diverse as P&G, Coca Cola, Samsung, Mars, Timberland, and InterContinental, to name a few.
In 2006, Mads founded creative consultancy, Holst Digital Ltd. which was merged with the Digital Innovation Group in 2013, where Mads joined as a Co-founder and Chief Creative Strategy Officer.
Digital Innovation Group is today the UK's largest full service independent technology agency network with eighteen companies spanning the key categories in progressive communications technology, while continuing to add companies into the group in emerging verticals.
Mads experience in communications strategy and technology has also led to him to being in a central advisory role to several start-ups, as well as co-found, Fintech company ZugarZnap Group – a millennial focused lifestyle and insurance product provider, recently named in the top 6 to watch in 2016 by Insurance Age.
