As a creative turn-around manager Gion-Men thrives on creating, shaping and innovating brands, products and businesses through creative intelligence and progressive strategy, engaging design and communication, smart environments and top talents.


Throughout his career he's made it a priority to be fluent and versatile in a broad variety of creative and strategic disciplines in order to create fully holistic product and brand experiences. 


Gion-Men's long standing career has been to grow and lead creative teams and offices in the UK, the USA, Germany and Switzerland and to work internationally and in close partnerships with some of the world’s leading brands, including: ASICS, BBC, BMW, Jaguar – Land Rover, Nike-Bauer and Sochi Winter Olympics 2014 (to name but just a few).


As the Creative Director of the HEAD Sports Group, he is not only responsible for the quality of product, marketing and communications and the HEAD brand but also running the day to day activities of the newly incorporated internal creative agency at HEAD's London Creative and Innovations Studio.
