I am an evangelist for the transformative effect that effective marketing has in business and the role design plays in making marketing more effective. 

I am currently Marketing Director at leading property consultancy Carter Jonas as well as Global Creative Ambassador for the D&AD's White Pencils.

Prior to Carter Jonas I was Marketing Director at leading development and infrastructure consultant Peter Brett Associates; Marketing Director, UKMEA at Arup; Global Head of Marketing at Buro Happold and before that Head of Marketing at FTSE 100 PLC - Land Securities Group.

In all of my roles I have led the organisations transformation from well regarded but under leveraged market leaders with little brand value into companies that are widely respected (and envied) for their reputations and brand equity.

Working in both consumer and business markets across all disciplines of marketing I have experience of leading large teams of marketing executives, managers, consultants and marketing agencies across the UK to ensure that a consistently exceptional (and award winning) standard of marketing solution is delivered. 

D&AD White Pencil ambassador; a Fellow of the RSA; Chair and founding member of the DBA's Client Membership Panel; judge of many of the industries leading marketing awards - I am a marketer with a passion for effective design and enthusiast for the impact it can bring to commercially minded marketing as a function of the sales process.
