Mark Leads Accenture Interactive’s global Digital Customer Services Offering, helping clients create remarkable service experiences that build brand value and customer advocacy. Accenture Interactive was recently recognised by AdAge as the largest digital agency network in the world, acquiring world class businesses such as Fjord and Karmarama. He focuses on shaping the digital customer strategies for both the Utilities and Fuels Retail businesses in the UK and Internationally.
Mark was recently appointed Chair of the Digital Panel for the Institute of Apprenticeships, Mark leads the panel that sets all digital apprenticeship standards in the UK and the soon to be introduced T-levels. Recognised as one of the 3 most influential ‘Digerati’ by the Drum in 2017 and is delighted to be a return judge for prestigious DADI Awards.
Mark joined from Precedent, one of the UK’s and Australia’s top digital strategy, design and build agencies. As Global Commercial Director he helped grow the business from start-up to 120 specialists over 7 global studios. Over 15 years, Mark acted as the volunteer and leader for London’s Forward Incident Team – providing emergency medical response to volatile environments, public disorder and major incidents in London, and managed medical cover at major London events. He is a trained expedition medic and has put these skills into action in the Bolivian jungle and Andean mountains.
