Step 1 - Register as a member here
Step 2 - Start Uploading your entries
Give each entry a unique title - try to avoid generic names e.g. "E-Commerce Website" or "Website Re-Design"
When writing your report don't assume the judges have seen the work or campaign, give clear concise answers on the brief, the objectives and results and figures should include the starting point and any increases. Ensure the links to the entry are all live and work. If not commercially necessary please do not add additional password protection.
All entries should include;
- url or screen grabs
- 3 jpg images
- 1000 word report
The report should not contain any logo, company name or address and should be pasted into the form provided. The report should use the following format;
- Background to the project
- Client brief and objectives
- Strategy implementation
- Results including evidence of effectiveness* and sales/traffic report prior and post campaign
*Effectiveness to be independently verified and approved by the client or other independent body.
Step 3 - You're happy with your finalised entries
- Go to check-out and complete your summary entry form.
- Move to payment and your entries are ready to be judged.
- Once your entries are received and payment is authorised, conformation will be sent to you via email.
- An invoice will be sent by post for your records after this step.
Step 4 - Payment
The cost of an individual entry is £65 + vat. As the number of categories has expanded in 2008 we are introducing a volume discount. For more than 10 entries you will receive a 10% discount when you upload your entries online. The discount will automatically calculate at the payment stage.
If you wish to pay by cheque, please make it payable to Carnyx Group Ltd.
Once you have finalised your entries go to checkout - this will transfer your entries from basket to account.
Send your cheque and your account will be marked paid by the organiser and then be ready for judging.
