Chief Experience Officer

Adam Powers, BBH Chief Experience Officer (CXO), leads a world-class customer experience team in BBH that consists of strategic service designers, UX,  interaction designers, digital technologists and editorial specialists. Adam and his team are focussed on defining and designing total customer experiences that are both beautiful to look at and interact with - online and offline. This goes hand-in-hand with a commitment to crafting solutions that also work brilliantly for our clients' commercial objectives.

Adam has over 20 years experience, with more than a decade of that leading BBC UX and digital design teams before coming to BBH in 2011. Since then he has successfully applied his distinctively different set of skills to many of our clients, including Google, British Airways, Redbull, The Guardian and IKEA.
