Seb started his advertising career in 1995 as a copywriter at Ogilvy and Mather.

In 2000, he left Ogilvy to help set up digital agency Glue.  Over the following 12 years as Glue’s Executive Creative Director, Seb helped turn the agency into one of the most respected and awarded digital agencies in the UK.  He has a huge tally of industry awards to his name with Glue frequently named as one of the Times newspaper's best small businesses to work for during his time there.

After Glue, Seb spent a year with pioneering video tech start-up Rockabox as their Chief Creative Officer, helping them define the new era of video content creation and distribution, before becoming Chief Creative Officer of Freuds PR where he worked on a huge range of accounts from The Girl Effect to Lexus.

Seb left Freuds in 2016 to start his own business, Kindeo, an app that helps capture the knowledge and wisdom of older generations.

Seb is on the Executive committee of Ad Week Europe and has appeared on numerous judging and thought leadership panels.
