Partnering with connected experience pioneer SharpEnd, the global skincare brand designed a digitally-enabled recyclable glass jar, inviting consumers to tap the NFC base label to access exclusive content and services.
Clinique’s Moisture Surge 100H connected jars, each now with their own unique digital identity, are being rolled out across 35 markets worldwide, Boots being the exclusive UK retailer.
Through the NFC interaction, users can take a Daily Dehydrator Index quiz, to understand factors that may cause dry skin based on their location, environment, and lifestyle. After, they’re given ‘Dehydrator Discovery’ facts along with advice from Clinique’s experts on how to keep skin glowing.
The digital experience also offers access to Clinique’s virtual skin analysis tool, Clinical Reality, plotting over 80 data points on a user’s face from a single scan to provide bespoke skincare and makeup recommendations. The journey doesn’t stop with skin analysis and recommendations: consumers can take and share their personalised selfie featuring a filter with the ‘More Than You Think’ tagline.

The leading car insurance brand needed to migrate their CMS and wanted to use this opportunity to optimise their current user journey and experience as much as possible.
They approached RocketMill to streamline the user journey for prospective customers to encourage quote completions whilst also ensuring existing customers had ease of access to their YourAccount area.
With a smooth transition to their new CMS and subsequent website redesign, in line with the brand’s latest aesthetic, RocketMill achieved a 51% increase in quotation form starts and a 20% increase in YourAccount usage. This increased accessibility contributed to a 19% decrease in support centre enquiries per policy.
