Julia started her professional life as a psychologist working with elite athletes. She has spent the past 25 years helping clients harness neuroscience to drive customer engagement and/or wellbeing through the use of music and sound. Clients have included Transport for London, Apple, SAP, Network Rail, Mayor of London, Saga, Greater London Authority and Wembley Park. As a regular keynote speaker she crosses multiple sectors from Futurebuild to the Neuromarketing World Forum. Julia is a wellbeing ambassador for the music industry and also sits on the UK Parliamentary Group for AI. Her most recent work involves the delivery of virtual music experiences for both customer facing and employee facing campaigns. Her book The Music Diet was published in 2019 and inspired a new "Music At Work Week" campaign to highlight the role of music in the workplace.
