Tamara Littleton

Social media pioneer Tamara founded The Social Element in 2002, way before the explosion of social media. Today she leads a strong global team of 300+ who work with some of the world’s biggest brands to deliver consultancy-led social media services, helping them to create genuine human connections with consumers, whilst using social to help solve their business challenges.
Tamara is a champion of diversity, LGBTQI, female entrepreneurship and keeping children safe online.
In 2013, she also co-founded a business called Polpeo, which helps brands withstand a crisis breaking online through the use of simulation technology.
She is a passionate member of Natural Voices choir, a huge fan of karaoke, wears amazing T-shirts…. most of which carry messages communicating her favourite saying; Be kind.
