Melissa joined MRM in 2019 as Chief Creative Officer of the US West to define the creative vision and deliver creative excellence for their clients, Cisco, Microsoft, Panasonic, USPS, Verizon, and many more. MRM uses creativity and technology to help businesses grow meaningful relationships with people. She leads a team of diverse creatives across the San Francisco and Salt Lake City offices, including UX, designers, art directors, copywriters, creative technologists, and producers. MRM delivers award-winning work that drives impactful results for their clients and pushes the industry forward.

Her award-winning career has spanned 20 years, leading agencies and building diverse creative teams in London and New York. During her career, she has defined industry social firsts with Lidl and Facebook in Europe, orchestrated US-wide music platforms with American Express, and launched a global movement to demand attention for girl's education with Michelle Obama's initiative, Let Girls Learn. Her work has been recognized by the Clios, D&AD Impact, Effie Awards, One Show, The Webby Awards, The Lovie Awards, DADIs, and The Shortys, to name a few.

She is also actively involved in the creative community, speaking and judging regularly, and frequently participates in industry initiatives that help make the industry more equal and inclusive.
