Lee is the Digital & Marketing Director at Virgin Red - the newly launched group-wide rewards program for the brand. Previously, he held the role of Content & Digital Strategy Director at Virgin's Family Office leading the development of the brands global platform and content/social program.
Before moving client side, Lee racked up 15 years experience in the creative and digital industry having held senior roles at Tribal DDB, AKQA, Dare and M&C Saatchi. He's also put in a couple of years in New York as well as being a partner in a London production company that was successfully taken to an exit.
An advocate of Dieter Rams and his design principles 'less, but better', Lee's passion lies in technology, architecture and design. He regularly finds himself speaking at events and on podcasts, donning one hat on the subject of how to build team culture and another on how his home achieved the accreditation of being one of the greenest and energy efficient Victorian homes in the world.
